- Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once your order is dispatched. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- Cancellation Fee: If the order has already been processed, a 15% management and transaction fee will apply. Orders that have not been processed will not incur any fee.

3. Return Policy

- Accepted Returns: We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Accepted Returns: We do not accept returns due to issues such as incorrect size, dislike, or reasons other than defects or fulfillment errors.

- Return Shipping: You must ship the returned item(s) back within 7 days of approval.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, inside a protective shipping box.

- Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package as it is not our return address. This will delay processing.

Tracking and Insurance: For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
