WHY IS YOUR ORDER BEING SHIPPED LATE?
Shipping delays can occur, especially for products manufactured and packaged in countries like Vietnam, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. These delays are often due to high demand, production backlogs, and the complexities of international shipping. While delays can be frustrating, the cost savings from lower production costs in these regions allow us to offer our products at competitive prices.
CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. To have items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
All items are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning we do not collect VAT or other customs duties. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
To ensure timely delivery, please provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Non-Delivery: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Gosabic is not responsible for the loss or destruction of the package. If the package is returned, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping to the correct address.
- Address Correction: If you notice an address error after placing the order, contact us immediately. We’ll attempt to make changes based on the order’s processing stage, but we cannot guarantee corrections if the package has already shipped.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING POLICY
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 2-5 business days with tracking details and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
- Tracking Status: You can track the status of your package using the provided tracking number. We recommend checking regularly for updates.
- Delivery Confirmation: If the tracking shows successful delivery, Gosabic is not responsible for claims of non-receipt.
- Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. We will ship to the address provided, and we are not responsible for any issues caused by inaccuracies.
